 Jim Luke, Harmonica and Vocals

Jim Luke has been performing for over thirty years,    in Florida and Texas since 1980. He has been a bandleader in Houston and Austin, fronting the original Midnight Flyer Band in Houston, the JumpCats, and most recently, the Juke Jammers, an Austin, Texas blues band. He also recorded and performed with Big Walter The Thunderbird, and Joe (Guitar) Hughes of Houston, Texas.

Dawn Erin, Vocals

Dawn Erin has been singing professionally since 1999 and has had the opportunity to sing with and learn from such Austin notables as Uncle John Turner, Bill Campbell, Alan Haynes, Tony Redman, Slim Richey, Gary Clark Jr and Dan McMurrough. Her acoustic album with French guitarist Marc Maza will be available on CD Baby soon. “Old Timey” Blues and Jazz has always been where her heart is and she is thrilled to get to sing so many great old songs with Midnight Flyer. When not performing, Dawn volunteers at Austin Pets Alive. She is “momma” to 3 of her own dogs right now, as well as one American Saddlebred horse.

Originally from St. Louis, Mary’s musical journey with cello and stand-up bass stopped after high school until she took up the electric bass to make music that makes people dance and smile.
